Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase branch in Colorado. Represent our brand with hospitality, manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailor product recommendations, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Weekend and some evening hours required as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
