Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and helpful service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge and technology tools to meet clients' needs.

You will work to understand clients, tailor recommendations, and connect them to our team of experts while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone, with clients of varying needs.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with our team.
• Follow policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
