The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed. Training and licensing support are provided to help you succeed in this client-focused position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
