Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with tailored product/service explanations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to compliance.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses; apply within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and consult with experts to assist clients with financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
