Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
