Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch in California.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging technology to serve clients wherever they are. The role requires at least 1+ year of sales experience in banking, a high school diploma, and completion of required licenses or enrollment in the firm's licensing program within 180 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
