Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to operate in a Chase Branch in Los Angeles. You will represent the brand with hospitality, manage client relationships, and offer tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. You will leverage Chase technology to assist clients and collaborate with experts for specialized needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations; licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage and meet with clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
