Job summary

JPMorganChase in Los Angeles is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to build lasting client relationships. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, offering thoughtful financial solutions and guiding them to our experts for complex needs.

The role requires 1+ year in retail banking sales, strong communication, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements. You will support customers with technology tools and maintain compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong client-first service mindset and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Compliance with risk, regulatory requirements and licensing training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Explain products and services to clients and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients to use technology such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
