Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance with regulations.
• Licensed or willing to obtain required securities and life licenses within employer training window.
• Must work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Tailor product and service recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
