Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients and their needs; build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
