Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor offerings to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust; ask questions and listen to understand.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs remotely.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
