Job summary

JPMorganChase in Los Angeles is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and promote Chase digital solutions in-branch. You will manage client needs, discuss products, and guide them toward tailored financial solutions that fit their goals.

A focus on compliance and ongoing licensing is required. You will work with branches and specialists to ensure seamless service, meet regulatory obligations, and help clients navigate banking

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven results.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences and tailor product features.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented issue resolution.
• Commitment to risk, compliance, and required training.
• Eligibility to obtain necessary licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, build trust, and anticipate requests.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and refer to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
