Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring features of products to needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenience.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
