Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; professional licenses required (SIE, Series 6, 63, Life)
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
