You will perform teller and cash vault transactions, advise customers on bank products, and work with the branch team to hit personal and team targets, while following bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with one year of banking experience and two years of cash handling and customer service experience.
• Demonstrates banking and product knowledge.
• Strong relationship and sales skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Must complete teller training classes.
• Must complete product knowledge, account maintenance, and account opening training classes.

Responsabilidades

• Open accounts for customers and prepare new account paperwork and request the required identification.
• Handle customer transactions and help with account-related inquiries; accurately maintain and balance cash drawers and vault; reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Assist with internal controls and daily report follow-up; handle night depository deposits and other operational duties.
• Demonstrate the Bank's Right by You quality standards by providing superior customer service.
• Mitigate losses through accuracy and adherence with Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
