Responsibilities

• Open accounts for customers, prepare new account paperwork and request identification; take consumer loan applications.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Handle customer transactions and assist with account inquiries; balance cash drawers and vault; reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with internal controls, daily report follow-up, night depository deposits, and other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate bank quality standards by providing superior customer service.
• Mitigate losses by following bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
