The Fidelity Bank seeks a Relationship Banker II to open customer accounts, prepare new account paperwork, and verify required identifications. This role also conducts teller and cash vault transactions with accuracy and timeliness while delivering exceptional service in accordance with bank policies and controls.

You will work with the branch team to meet scorecard goals and help customers reach their financial goals through sales and service of bank products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with banking experience and cash handling/customer service experience.
• Demonstrates banking and product knowledge.
• Must pass background check.

Responsabilités

• Open accounts for customers and prepare new account paperwork, requesting identification.
• Handle customer transactions and assist with account inquiries; balance cash drawers and vault accurately.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
• Assist with internal controls and daily report follow-up; handle night depository deposits and other duties as assigned.
• Provide superior customer service in line with bank policies and Right by You standards.
• Mitigate losses through accuracy and adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
