Job summary

Fidelity Bank in Shelby, NC is seeking a Relationship Banker I to conduct teller transactions and cash vault handling with accuracy and timeliness while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help customers achieve financial goals by offering appropriate products and services and work with the branch team to reach scorecard goals.

Training will be provided to complete teller classes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with one year of cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong relationship skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to pass a background check.
Must complete teller training classes.
Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Handle teller transactions and cash vault transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking products and services.
Assist with internal controls and daily report follow-up; handle night depository deposits and other operational duties as assigned.
Provide a superior level of customer service while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship goals.
Other duties as assigned.
