Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Comfort with computer use and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking offerings to simplify banking.
• Provides a consistent customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to internal experts.
• Adheres to bank policies and regulatory requirements; assists in risk management.
