Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis.

Responsabilidades

• Meets with customers and prospects to determine financial needs.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products and services including loans and deposits.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones.
• Educates customers on digital banking offerings to make banking easier.
• Ensures a consistent customer experience and resolves issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for complex goals.
