Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Educates customers on Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Guides customers on digital banking tools (mobile, online, ATM).
• Ensures a consistent, high-quality customer experience and resolves issues.
• Refers complex goals to internal experts and adheres to regulations.
