Job summary

Santander Bank, N.A. is seeking a Relationship Banker II to deliver exceptional service to Banking Center customers and support the team in achieving sales, service, and operations goals.

You will process routine transactions, assess customer needs, present suitable financial products, and build lasting relationships through collaboration with different business segments while coaching fellow bankers and adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating.
• Working knowledge of all products and services.
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to support teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule; may require weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion and capitalizes on resources.
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products to deepen relationships.
• Perform routine teller transactions and support branch operations.
• Support segmentation strategy to execute branch growth and profitability.
