Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating
• Working knowledge of all products and services
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing
• Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork
• Flexible/rotating schedule; may require Saturdays, Sundays and extended hours; travel between Banking Centers

• Respond to customers' needs with accurate and timely service.
• Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products to deepen relationships.
• Perform routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Support segmentation strategy to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales, service, and operations targets.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Assist with supervision and onboarding of banking center colleagues.
