Regions Bank in Monroe, LA is seeking a Relationship Banker II to meet with customers in person and by phone to assess financial needs and offer appropriate products and guidance to help them reach their financial goals.

This role favors retail or sales experience and emphasizes building strong customer relationships, educating clients on Regions’ loan and deposit options, and collaborating with a team to reach branch targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis.

Responsabilités

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers complex goals to internal experts when needed.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to regulations and risk management.
