Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work Saturdays as needed.
• Capable of handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficient with computers and sustained monitor attention.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Bachelor's degree and Life Insurance License preferred; 1 year of cash-handling/banking/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Advises on digital banking solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM services.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience, greeting customers and processing transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues, referring to internal experts when needed.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, managing risks.
