Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the Woodforest Experience through warm, personalized customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions and digital tools.
• Assist with opening deposits and loans, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Support branch marketing efforts and community engagement when needed.
