U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships by meeting face to face and offering tailored financial solutions. You’ll educate clients on deposits, loans and digital services while handling account openings and basic transactions at a branch.

Role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaboration with branch teams, and a digital-first mindset to meet customer needs. Prior retail banking exposure is preferred, with a focus on service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience with digital banking products and services encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies.
• Leverages resources to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
