The role emphasizes ownership, service, community involvement, and integrity within a fast-paced retail environment, with collaboration across branch teams and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
