Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms and resolve inquiries at first contact.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with attention to compliance.
• Support branch operations with accuracy in transactions, account openings, and policy adherence.
