• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding them to Regions solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking tools such as mobile and online banking.
• Delivers consistent customer experiences and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Adheres to bank processes, regulations, and risk controls.
