Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and guide Regions’ solutions to meet branch targets.
• Make outbound calls from lead lists to grow relationships.
• Advise on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, loans, and deposits.
• Explain digital banking tools (mobile, online, ATM) to customers.
• Provide friendly, consistent service and process transactions.
• Own and resolve customer issues.
• Refer complex cases to internal specialists.
• Follow bank policies and comply with laws and regulations.
