Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity, including identifying needs and delivering solutions
• Prior experience in a banking environment, including teller, platform, or relationship banking roles preferred
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, including uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products and services
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and confidently to diverse client populations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, independently organize work, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client-facing and operational scenarios
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and sustains long term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location; responsible for identifying opportunities that deepen client relationships that allow clients to meet their financial objectives
• Proactively engages in client conversations with curiosity, actively listening and accurately capturing information while leveraging TD systems and tools to identify appropriate client solutions and next best actions, ensuring consistent follow-through across all client commitments, including partner hand-offs
• Consistently leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities, establishing credibility and deepening relationships.
• Leads purposeful, needs-based discovery with confidence, uncovering both expressed and unexpressed client needs through advanced questioning and active listening
• Provides clear, tailored guidance on a broader range of products and services, explaining options, benefits, and risks with confidence to support informed client decisions
