Job summary

The role may involve supervising and coaching fellow bankers, flexible hours, possible weekend work, and travel to alternate Banking Centers.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers' needs with accuracy and timeliness
• Evaluate clients' needs and offer appropriate financial products
• Perform routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments)
• Support segmentation strategy to grow branch profitability
• Achieve/exceed individual and team sales/service/ops goals
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies; pass audits
