Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity.
• Prior banking experience (teller, platform, or relationship banking) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations and uncover needs.
• Strong communication skills for diverse client populations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration; notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through leads management and outreach.
• Lead client engagement across walk-ins, appointments, and outbound opportunities.
• Provide needs-based guidance on a broader range of products and services.
• Ensure risk, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation in client interactions.
• Assist clients with mortgage inquiries and referrals to mortgage solutions.
