Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; two years of customer-facing experience.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required after employment.
• Proficient in MS Office and using social media to support brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's full range of resources to customers, including in-branch and digital services.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Assist customers with opening and closing accounts and researching accounts for accuracy.
• Handle consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage and financial advisor needs.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through positive engagement and exceptional service.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and internal policies; complete required compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
