Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 1 year customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment and meet targets.
• Proficient with MS Office and leveraging social media for brand awareness.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's resources with customers, including services and digital tools.
• Meet goals through in-person and outbound calling activities to offer solutions.
• Open/close accounts and assist with appropriate product selections per CIP/BSA rules.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of policies.
• Refer customers to a partner team for small business, mortgage, and advisory needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through engaging, professional interactions.
• Ensure all activities comply with laws, policies and required training.
• Handle customer requests accurately and efficiently; perform other duties as assigned.
