Qualifications

• NMLS registration required; license obtained after employment.
• Must pass compliance training and adhere to BSA/CIP policies.

Responsibilities

• Open and close consumer accounts.
• Assist with loan requests and related documentation.
• Provide needs-based financial solutions to customers.
• Refer customers to business partners for small business, mortgage, and advisory services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
