Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and advise customers on banking solutions. You will build relationships, understand financial needs, and connect clients with specialists for complex needs.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, accuracy, and compliance, with opportunities to leverage Chase Digital tools and a broad range of financial products. Evening and weekend branch hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk/compliance obligations including required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses (or obtain via licensing program within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
