Trustmark Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker II - Floaters to travel between assigned branch locations. You will identify customer needs, match them with bank products, and enhance customer satisfaction while processing cash and non-cash transactions.

The role includes coaching others, handling cash shipments and vault management, and originating consumer loans when needed. You will balance cash drawers and pursue sales goals while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must-have customer service experience and ability to identify customer needs.
• Ability to sell and cross-sell deposit and loan products.
• Demonstrated accuracy in handling cash and processing transactions.
• Comfort with using internal systems and learning Trustmark tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review and approve various transactions including cash handling tasks.
• Handle cash shipment and vault management for a branch.
• Originate consumer loans when needed.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate products.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposits, loans, insurance, and cash management.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per Trustmark standards.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation.
• Achieve sales and referral goals and reach out to customers or prospects.
• Travel between branch locations and perform additional duties.
