Trustmark is seeking a Relationship Banker II - Floaters to travel between assigned locations in Mobile, AL, delivering proactive needs-based banking, cross-selling loans, deposits, and cash management services. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of face-to-face customer service or retail sales experience or prior Trustmark Relationship Banker experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Ability to learn Trustmark lending guidelines and process loans within 2 years
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with ability to learn Trustmark products
• Able to meet sales goals in a retail environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Professional appearance and manner when interacting with the public
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Banking industry knowledge of Relationship Banker roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts
• Sell and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance, and cash management services
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer
• Open, close, and maintain accounts
• Meet sales and referral goals quarterly while delivering excellent service
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects
• Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
• Possibly coach and train other bankers; assist scheduling and duties
• Review/approve various transactions and cash handling processes
• Travel among assigned locations
