You will build relationships, educate customers on digital banking, and support branch goals. The role suits candidates with teller, limited banking, or retail sales background seeking growth and upward mobility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Able to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Proficient computer use and sustained attention to monitor.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests, such as new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, checks, and problem resolution.
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their relationship with the bank.
• Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Assists branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
