Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests like cards, PIN resets, checks.
• Develop relationships with customers and learn their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assist team members and refer complex needs to experts.
• Follow bank processes and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify customer needs to meet regions’ solutions and targets.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and services.
