Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on cash line and phone.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on consumer products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support team goals.
• Follow bank policies, manage risks, and support branch targets.
• Possibly conduct outbound calls to educate on new technology and services.
