• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.

• Educates customers on digital banking offerings and guides them to Regions’ solutions.
• Supports branch team with routine tasks and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Adheres to bank processes, regulations, and reports operational risks.
• Contributes to branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering guidance.
