Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Proficient computer use including typing and monitoring.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.
• One year of banking, cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and through phone interactions.
• Responds to customer inquiries and servicing requests (cards, PIN resets, checks, etc.).
• Develops relationships by staying informed about customers’ banking needs.
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists team members with tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to specialists for complex financial goals.
• Adheres to bank processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Contributes to achieving branch targets by understanding customer needs and Regions’ solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and services.
