Job summary

You will process transactions, resolve inquiries, and help customers with digital banking options, contributing to their financial wellness and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.).
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, information changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking relationships.
• Educates customers on consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals.
