Job summary

Regions Bank in Dallas, Texas seeks a Relationship Banker I to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the teller line and by phone, helping customers manage everyday banking while building financial wellness.

You will handle deposits and withdrawals, educate on digital tools, develop customer relationships, and refer complex needs to specialists, with growth opportunities within Regions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Answer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill servicing requests (new/replacement cards, PIN changes, check reorders).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist branch and team members with tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follow bank processes, manage operations risks, and support branch targets by identifying needs and offering Regions solutions.
