Job summary

Regions Bank in Goodlettsville, TN seeks a Relationship Banker I to deliver an exceptional customer experience both at the cash line and on the phone. You will process transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and build lasting banking relationships.

You will support the branch in achieving goals, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Weekend availability is required and incentive pay may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring a screen.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking relationships.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Refer complex financial needs to internal specialists.
• Follow bank procedures and comply with laws and regulations.
• Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing Regions solutions.
