Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone and electronic channels.
• Proficient computer use with sustained monitor attention.
• Walk/stand for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactions.
• Responds to inquiries and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, info changes, PIN resets).
• Develops relationships and stays informed about customer banking needs.
• Educates customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Supports branch team and refers complex needs to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes, manages risks, and helps achieve branch targets.
