Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficient computer use and sustained monitor attention.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Address customer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Build relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist team with routine tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer complex financial goals to internal experts when needed.
• Follow bank processes, manage risks, and support branch targets.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers about Regions solutions.
